Early Dismissal Days!

The Dickinson Public School District has been granted approval by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction to have Staff Development days, allowing students in grades K-5 to be dismissed at 1:30pm. Buses will also run at that time.

Cold Weather Reminder

Please have your children dress appropriately for weather conditions. Proper clothing includes a warm coat, mittens/gloves and hat/earmuffs.

Please note: if your child wants to play in the snow, snow pants and snow boots are required.

Peanut-Free Classrooms

Peanut-Free Classrooms

Peanuts or products containing peanuts are not allowed in the classroom. Due to the number of allergies and dietary restrictions that exist, we ask that if you bring treats for a birthday or other celebration, please purchase those treats so they contain an ingredient label.

Parent Advisory Council

Parent Advisory Council

Prairie Rose Elementary encourages parents to become involved in school decisions and activities. PAC is an important committee used to share information and receive feedback about academics, events, programs, etc. PAC may also be leaders in special events within the school or may head up fundraising for special projects.

PAC meetings are held 12:00-1:00pm on the third Tuesday of each month at Prairie Rose Elementary. District PAC meetings are held Tuesday after the Board Meeting each month at noon.
